Hebert works tirelessly to push for the best in the Blackstone Valley through everything from promoting vocational education to feed the needs of employers or promoting the recently created Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park that runs through her region and has boosted its tourism potential.

A good champion knows how to make allies, and Hebert has transcended her role and made connections, such as joining the board of Discover Central Massachusetts. This regional tourism organization was created in 2014, and Hebert has made the most of it for her own region and Central Massachusetts as a whole.

I see manufacturing growing here with the development of educational programs to maintain a skilled workforce to meet the specific needs and challenges of a thriving community.
