Class of 2017

40 Under Forty: Ashleigh C. Gelinas, Esq.

Erika Sidor
At deadhorse hill in Worcester are 40 Under Forty winners (from left) Julia Randall, M.D., Jamie Salois, Hilary Gardner and Ashleigh C. Gelinas, Esq.

After graduating cum laude from law school in 2008, Gelinas joined Gelinas & Ward, specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law. She grew this practice area tremendously, well known her expertise, caring and dedication to clients.

Gelinas serves on boards for Community Foundation of North Central Mass. and Beacon of Hope Community Services, Inc. She is co-leader of her daughter's Girl Scout Brownie Troop. She lives with husband, Justin, and children, Juliette and Justin, Jr. For fun, she enjoys early morning CrossFit workouts.

How do you define success? Achieving a satisfying work-life balance, allowing me to thrive professionally, while at the same time enjoying a fulfilling family and home life.

If you spoke at a college graduation, what would the message be? Life is about the journey, not the destination. There will be highs and lows along the way, so be present and enjoy it all.

Today's Poll Given Worcester's strong attendance with other sports teams, should the public offer subsidies to draw the Pawtucket Red Sox to a new ballpark here?<>
