Of Note

Worcester-based building materials company Saint Gobain donated more than $9,600 in grants to nonprofits, including Audio Journal and First Night Worcester.

Greater Worcester Chapter of National Association of Women in Construction awarded three $1,000 scholarships to students taking college courses in construction.

National Grid donated $10,000 to the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts, to support STEM programming.
