Executives OK with job searching at work
Job seekers don't mind setting their sights on greener pastures even while on their current employers' payrolls, according to an Accountemps survey of senior executives across the nation.
Three-quarters of respondents said they would be comfortable looking for a new job while still working, up from 69 percent in a 2002 survey.
When asked, "How comfortable would you feel looking for a new job while still employed," 38 percent said they would feel very comfortable and 3 percent said they would feel very uncomfortable.
