New leases signal new business, expansion in Acton
Framingham-based Parsons Commercial Group Inc. said it brokered two new leases at 40 Nagog Park in Acton.
The leases, which total more than 6,000 square feet, will accommodate Brainloop Inc., a German secure file sharing company that’s relocating from Cambridge, and the expansion of Perillon Software, which recently relocated from Littleton, Parsons said.
Brainloop leased 2,898 square feet and was represented by Colliers International, while Perillon leased 3,300 square feet.
Terms of the leases were not disclosed.
