    It has met the expectations it was put in-place for.

    I believe it is a step forward for employees, but from an employer perspective it has been difficult to manage with not much help or direction from PFML staff.

    For many employees they are unable to wait for the money to come in and they end up not taking the leave that they have earned and paid into. Also it is unfair to them to have to use their 5 PTO days prior to the leave kicking in.
