$4.6M property sale in Medway
The home of MicroGroup in Mendon has changed hands.
A 77,000-square-foot industrial building in Medway has been sold for $4.6 million, according to R.W. Holmes Realty of Wayland, which facilitated the deal.
The building is fully leased by MicroGroup, a medical device component manufacturer.
The building was last assessed by the town of Medway at $3.1 million. Riverside Properties, Inc. sold the building to Industrial Park Realty LLC. The facility last changed hands in 2007 for $4.2 million.
MicroGroup's space is located just off Main Street (Route 109) near the Millis line.
