AdCare dabbles in wellness programs

Worcester-based alcohol and drug treatment provider AdCare today announced wellness programs designed to help people in the early stages of addiction recovery.
Classes are available in the areas of mindfulness, wellness and spirituality, and are known as Mind-Body-Spirit Early Recovery Groups. The groups run weekly and are available to patients who have undergone an assessment for outpatient services.
