Charles Park Plaza, a shopping center at Airport and Bemis roads in Fitchburg, has sold for just under $1.7 million.

The 21,000-square-foot plaza was bought by an entity registered to two businessmen: Lance Dellogono of Orange, who is a principal of Silver Lining Investments, and Sean Morrison, the owner of Conquest Video, an adult entertainment store in Fitchburg. It was previously owned by a firm registered to Dellogono only.

Charles Park Plaza includes a Gourmet Donuts, Mill City Pub, Kiki‘s Kitchen, LUXE Beauty Bar and In And Out Convenience Store.

The deal for the plaza, which was built in 1990, closed on Sept. 17. The site at 19-49 Airport Road covers almost 2.5 acres. It was last assessed by the City of Fitchburg at just under $1.3 million.
