AIX to sell commercial auto coverage in Tenn.
AIX Group, a Windsor-based specialty insurance holding company, said it has signed a deal with a Tennessee commercial auto underwriter to sell coverage for trucks used in light construction, car service and repair, and local business. An executive at Southern Trace Underwriters, AIX Group's partner in the deal, said that the two companies' complementary underwriting philosophies were a key piece of the deal.
