Aries Laboratories leasing in Marlborough

The Marlborough Technology Center on Simarano Drive
Aries Laboratories has signed a five-year lease for more than 10,000 square feet in the multitenant office building Marlborough Technology Center.
The lease, which was announced Monday by O'Brien Commercial Properties of Concord, adds Aries to a roster of companies at 257 Simarano Drive, a 57,000-square-foot building.
Other tenants at 257 Simarano Drive include the software maker Bloomy Controls, the test laboratory Compliance Management Group, and Phio Pharmaceuticals, which extended its 7,500-square-foot lease in February.
Curadel, a technology maker for medical procedures, moved out the space it outgrew there as of June 1 and relocated to Natick.
