Auburn Building Catches $800K

The building at 100 Southbridge St. in Auburn has been sold for $800,000.

According to Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc., the 16,320-square-foot building was sold by R&R Realty Trust to Wholesale Property Co. LLC, the Dayton, Ohio-based owner of WinNelson Co., the plumbing supply company that occupies the building.

R&R is based in Worcester and run by Richard R. Flood, according to the Secretary of the Commonwealth's office.

Kelleher & Sadowsky brokers Peter Dunn and Tom Kelleher handled the transaction.
