Juliano was previously senior vice president and general counsel and Kern was formerly director of project management at the company.
Byron McClanahan was promoted to general sales manager at Buckley Radio in Hartford. McClanahan was formerly local sales manager. Eric Fahnoe was promoted to general manager from general sales manager.
Best Cleaners in Middletown promoted Norm Ravagnani to vice president of finance. Prior to his promotion, Ravagnani was director of finance and administration at the company.
