Firm Leaves Marlborough, Triples Space
Investment firm Brighton House Associates LLC has moved from Marlborough to Southborough, nearly tripling the amount of office space it occupies along the way.
The firm moved this week into 17,571 square feet of space at 2 Park Central Drive in Southborough in order to accommodate a growing number of employees, according to Matthew J. Morgan, the Parsons Commercial Group broker who represented Brighton House in the deal.
Parsons is based in Framingham.
The three-year-old firm's new home is a 50,000-square-foot office building near the intersection of Route 9 and Interstate 495 in Southborough.
The building is owned by Capital Group Properties, which is also based in Southborough. Capital Group was represented by CB Richard Ellis of Boston in the transaction.
