The Seven Hills Foundation has hired Susan G. Ash as human resource associate recruiter and promoted Kathleen Reville to senior vice president and chief program officer.
Ash’s new role will include developing and implementing recruitment and training strategies for Seven Hills and its clinical affiliates.
Ash has worked in recruitment and training for more than a decade, most recently as a general manager for Borders Group Inc. and as program director for Claim Creations in Barre. She also worked for IHC, a New Zealand vocational services coordinator.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Victoria University in New Zealand.
Reville was promoted after four years as Seven Hills’ vice president of advancement. In her new position, she will oversee all the clinical programs run by Seven Hills and its affiliates.
Before joining Seven Hills, Reville worked as a consultant to nonprofits, colleges and universities.
Reville has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a master’s in education from Boston College. She is now working on a doctorate in health administration from Central Michigan University.
She lives in Worcester with her family.
