A co-founder and vice president of business development for a MetroWest software company has come together with two other executives to form a tech-centered networking partnership at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester.
Patrick Sansonetti, of the Southborough-based UpdateLogic Inc., recently teamed up with fellow Holy Cross alumni Larry Naughton and Craig Cerretani to establish the Holy Cross Emerging Technologies Group.
The trio developed the idea of the alliance after they realized that the institution lacked an adequate link between tech-focused students and alumni of the university. The trio hope that the alliance will create more internship and job opportunities for students who are devoted to the technology and life sciences fields.
The HC Emerging Technologies Group expected to hold their kick-off meeting on Nov. 5 at the John Hancock Hotel and Conference Center in Boston.
