Initial Jobless Claims Down 13K

In the week ending Aug. 16, 432,000 Americans filed for unemployment insurance benefits for the first time, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
That's a decrease of 13,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 445,000. The 4-week moving average was 445,750, an increase of 7,250 from the previous week.
