Leominster attorney purchases TD Bank building for $2.1M

A Leominster lawyer has purchased the TD Bank Building in the city’s downtown for $2.1 million.
Attorney Vincent Campobasso closed on the 26,411-square-foot building on Wednesday, according to land records.
TD Bank was the seller and has executed a leaseback for a portion of the building with 15 Monument Square Leominster LLC, a business entity created by Campobasso last year.
Campobasso could not be reached for comment.
