Concord-based real estate investment company Arris Partners LLC purchased three properties for $7.1 million from plastics company United Solutions on the corner of Jytek Drive and Willard Street in Leominster.
The sale closed on June 15, which comes four days after an Arizona real estate company bought warehouse property from packaging manufacturer Easypak on the same street.
The three properties were sold by United Comb & Novelty, which is registered to United Solutions, a storage goods manufacturer headquartered down the road on Patriots Circle in Leominster. The sale was for the property only and didn't include the sale of the business.
The sale includes 75 Jytek Drive, which United Solutions purchased for $4 million in November 2020 after renting the site for 10 years. It spans roughly 130,000 square feet on more than six acres. The property was last assessed by the City of Leominster at $3.2 million.
Arris Partners is headquartered in Concord as a branch of a Delaware limited liability corporation founded in 2017. The company is focused on local investments, according to its website, with most recent purchases in Holbrook and Franklin.
