Marlborough co. names new CFO

Marlborough-based data center virtualization company Egenera Inc. said it had named Donald R. Peck executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.
In his new job, Peck will oversee Egenera's finance and legal operations, and will report directly to company president and CEO Michael Thompson.
Peck comes to Egenera from a position as CFO of First Marblehead, a Boston-based outsourcing firm.
