Marlborough Mill Sells For $900K

Ilan Greb LLC, which operates D&L Van Lines, has bought a converted mill building at 269 Mechanic St. in Marlborough for $900,000 and will move its headquarters there from Framingham.
The company will occupy about two-thirds of the 21,000-square foot building, which includes several storage units installed by the previous owner, Assabet Construction.
Two tenants, a woodworking business and a party and event planning and equipment-rental company, will remain in the building, according to Worcester commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co.
