Netezza Names Former BellSouth Exec. To Board

Marlborough-based Netezza Corp. said it had named Francis Dramis to its board of directors.
Dramis is CEO of F. Dramis LLC, a technology consulting firm. He replaces Ted Dintersmith of Charles River Ventures on the board.
Dramis serves on the boards of several private companies as well as those of Avocent Corp. and Ditech Networks. Before becoming CEO of his own company, Dramis was an executive at BellSouth Corp. in Atlanta.
