New exec for city booster board

The city will announce a new executive director for Destination Worcester Friday at its home in the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce office on Main Street.
The announcement is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
The organization is supported by the chamber, and was formed by the city to pitch Worcester to convention and event organizers.
