Oriol Health Care to expand care management
Oriol Health Care, a family-owned collaboration of nursing centers, therapy, and home care services in Central Massachusetts, is partnering with Integral Health Partners of Worcester for its Oriol 360 care collaborative program.
The new partnership will allow nurse practitioners to assist with inpatient care at Oriol’s Holden and Oakdale locations.
The company announced Dr. Allison Hargreaves, the medical director of Oriol’s Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, along with its Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center and Oriol Home Health, had joined the IHP group of veteran nurse practitioners after working closely with them throughout the pandemic at Holden Rehab.
Oriol 360 is the care management program developed by the Oriol family and clinical team to encompass many aspects of health care, from community education, to rehabilitation, to inpatient therapies, to home health care.
Other recent additions to Oriol Health Care’s health care roster include appointing Bozena Makowski of Grafton as the director of nursing for its Oakdale center, moving the center’s previous director, Cynthia Snyder, to its Holden location.
