Paintball Operator Buys Ashland Property

Boston Paintball has purchased a former tennis club in Ashland for $1 million.

The property, at 120 Pond St., is located just over the Framingham town line on Route 126.
Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Seigel Family Limited Partnership, and Gallo Real Estate represented Boston Paintball. The paintball company now runs facilities in Maynard and Chelsea and has a retail store in Framingham.

The Ashland property is a 19,430-square-foot building located on a 4-acre parcel.

The selling price was just over $1 million, but Gallo waived its fee, bringing the recorded price to $992,062.

Financing was provided by a private party.
