Webco Engineering has sold its Westborough facility for $811,096 and has moved to Southborough.
The manufacturer of custom equipment for the paper industry had been at its 45 Hopkinton Rd. location in Westborough for more than 25 years. The company was represented by Marlborough-based real estate firm O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc.
Webco's new Southborough facility is at 153 Northborough Rd. and is 12,432 square feet. The Westborough facility was 15,598 square feet.
The company's former home was bought by Village Realty Trust, which moved its web-based guitar and guitar parts businesses Xaviere Guitars and Guitar Fetish to the building.
The guitar businesses moved to the Westborough location from 67 Village St. in Medway. That property is currently on the market for $495,000.
