SMALL SAVING STEPS
Duncaster Life Care Retirement Community in Bloomfield received the Energy Star Small Business and Congregations Network award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Residents and staff have made efforts to dramatically reduce energy costs and pollution output at the facility. Pictured, from left, are: Sydney T.
