S&P nears all-time high

The S&P 500 crossed the 1500 price level for the first time since the fall of 2000 and sits less than 2 percent from its all-time high of 1527.46. Nearly $4.45 trillion in assets are benchmarked to the market barometer. Analysts credit stronger than expected corporate earnings for the bullish market.
