Stone & Berg buys new space

Stone & Berg Company Inc., a Worcester-based wholesale locksmith supply company, has purchased new office space at 239 Mill Street in Worcester.
The new space is the former O'Coins HomeBrands furniture store, and consists of 52,800 square feet of space on 5.5 acres of land. The move allows Stone & Berg to expand and remain in the Worcester market, and was purchased from 239 Mill Street Realty, LLC.
The deal was negotiated by Sheldon Katz VP, Donald Mancini VP, and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Commercial Real Estate in Worcester.
