Thirsty canines rejoice
Berlin-based Wetbone Company has developed a portable drinking pouch for dogs. Called the Wetbone, the 16-ounce, bone-shaped pouch is basically a juice box for dogs, that combines a reservoir of vitamin-enriched water at one end and a drinking bowl at the other. By the end of the year, the company plans to create additional varieties of the Wetbone. Prototypes include Wetbone Dental, which has chlorophyll to improve dogs' gums, and Wetbone Sport, which includes performance-enhancing electrolytes. The single pouches sell for $1.99, and are now available in the 885 PetsMart stores across the country.
