Worcester Contractor Relocating To Holden

MGM Services Inc., a general contractor from Worcester, is relocating to Holden.
According to Worcester commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co. , MGM Services has leased 1,200 square feet of vacant commercial space on Zottoli Road in Holden, and is moving there from its current location at 409 Shrewsbury St in Worcester.
MGM will be leasing the space from property owner GP Development Trust of Andover. The property is at 1 Zottoli Road, just off Main Street.
