NES Holdings has leased 2,400 square-feet of space at the Heritage Business Park in Worcester, and Trelleborg Sealing Solutions leased 28,800 square-feet of space in the I-290 Industrial Park in Northboro.
In Worcester, Nancy Elliott of Glickman Kovago & Company procured the tenant, NES Holdings, who will use the space to conduct daily operations and to store tools, equipment, inventory and vehicles for its retail equipment repair business.
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a global supplier of precision seals for the industrial, automotive, and aerospace markets, will occupy the space at 10 Forbes Road in Northboro. The space will be used to manufacturing and office operations. Jones Lang LaSalle managing director William Bailey, senior vice president Phil DeSimone and associate Matt Giffune negotiated the transaction on behalf of building owner RREEF. The tenant was represented by Ned Leeming of Leeming & Co.
