Biz Cleaners Leases Grafton Street Space

Biz Cleaners of Auburn has leased 1,500 square feet of space at 922 Grafton St. in Worcester.
According to Mike Jacobs of Worcester commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co., Biz Cleaners intends to use the retail space as a satellite cleaning and shoe repair location.
The company's main office is at 700 Southbridge St. in Auburn.
The lease accounts for about half of the previously vacant building at 922 Grafton St. across from Perkins Farm Marketplace. About another 1,500 square feet in the building remains available.
