Blue Joins SeraCare Board
SeraCare Life Sciences Inc. of Milford has appointed health care entrepreneur and investor Harold S. Blue to its board.
Blue is the managing partner of HealthEdge Investment Partners of Florida. Before founding HeathEdge in 2005, he was managing partner of private equity fund ComVest Investment Partners. He also founded and led ProxyMed Inc., which he took public in 1993 and Best Generics, which was sold to IVAX Corp. in 1988.
