An entity registered to Steven Goodman of Boston developer GFI Partners has purchased an industrial property at 31 Jytek Road in Leominster for $3.5 million.

The 34,000-square-foot building, on a 1.8-acre property, is home to Reggio Register Co., a company specializing in decorative registers and grills for heating ducts. Reggio Register negotiated a seven-year lease with the new management.

William Kelleher, principal, and Paul Matt, senior vice president, of Worcester's Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the seller, Walker Realty Trust on the sale. Kelleher & Sadowsky also represented Reggio Register on the lease.

The Stubblebine Co. of Lexington represented the buyer.

In May, an entity registered to Goodman and David Stubblebine of Lexington real-estate firm The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International purchased 50 Jytek Road for $1.58 million.

The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International recently leased 50 Jytek Road to eco-friendly packaging company UrthPact LLC.

GFI Partners has proposed a 366,000-square-foot industrial facility on the Fitchburg, Lunenburg border, and owns a constellation of industrial, residential, and office properties across Worcester County and MetroWest.
