Boston Scientific Receives Favorable Infringement Ruling

A federal appeals court ruled in favor of Natick-based medical device manufacturer Boston Scientific in a 13-year-old patent infringement lawsuit brought by competitor Johnson & Johnson.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the federal circuit affirmed a previous decision by a Delaware district court that one of Boston Scientific's stents did not infringe on a Johnson & Johnson patent.
