Casual Male Calls On Netezza

Marlborough-based Netezza Corp., which specializes in data warehousing and analytics, landed clothing retailer Casual Male as a client.
Casual Male Retail Group, which is the largest specialty retailer of big and tall men's apparel, has more than 500 store locations throughout the United States, Canada and in London.
Netezza's data warehouse appliance allows its users to analyze really large amounts of data (terabytes to be exact). In the case of Casual Male, the store chain will use the Netezza technology to monitor data related to merchandising, marketing, distribution and store operations.
