The Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce has re-elected Demitrios M. Moschos, partner with the Worcester-based law firm of Mirick O'Connell, as chair of the chamber's board of directors for 2011.
Other re-elected officers: vice chair, Douglas I. Nixon, vice president of Saint Gobain Abrasives; and clerk, Robert J. Lewis, president of Bay State Savings Bank.
New to the slate of officers is Richard P. Burke, division president of senior care services at Fallon Community Health Plan, who was elected as the 2011 treasurer.
The chamber also welcomed six new elected directors: Robert E. Johnson, president, Becker College; John F. Merrill, president, Fidelity Bank; Michael A. Mudd, president, Worcester Sharks; Andrew B. Davis, director, Worcester Regional Airport; James J. Donoghue, owner, Tweed's Pub Restaurant; and Benjamin G. Duszlak, vice president, Sovereign Bank.
