Conn. City To Save 15 Percent, World Energy Says

The city of New Britain, Conn. is expected to save 15 percent on its electricity costs after taking part in an online energy auction run by Worcester-based World Energy Solutions Inc.
World Energy operates online exchanges for energy and energy-related products.
New Britain is just west of Hartford, and completed its first World Energy auction not long after the state government's recent World Energy auction success.
