Conn. gets new real estate search engine
Buyers and renters in the state now have a new and improved way to hunt for open property, thanks to the Connecticut Statewide Multiple Listing Service and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
The two organizations today unveiled www.ctreal.com, which highlights more than 31,000 listings statewide. The site allows users to search listings, open houses and sold properties. And users can also take virtual tours of properties and contact listing realtors.
Searches on the site are powered by Sherpa, which is an advanced map search tool that allows buyers or renters to make their searches as targeted as desired.
