EMC execs dump $25M in company stock

Six executives at Hopkinton-based EMC Corp. sold more than $25 million in company stock Friday, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

In total, Mark Link, the company's chief accounting officer, David Donatelli, vice president of storage products operations, Paul Dacier, company general counsel, Mark Lewis, chief development officer, John Mollen, vice president of human resources and Arthur W. Coviello Jr., vice president and president of the company's security division, sold 1.3 million EMC shares.

Link sold 315,267 shares at an average of $19.95 per share, according to his filing. Donatelli sold 300,000 shares and Dacier sold 221,135 shares at an average of $19.50 per share. Lewis sold 200,000 shares and Mollen sold sold 150,000, each at $19.50. Coviello sold 125,000 shares at just over $19.50 per share.

EMC stock was trading at $19.35 per share this morning.
