ERA Key acquires Marion real estate firm

Andrew Mitchell & Co. of Marion has merged with ERA Key Realty Services of Northbridge, the companies announced on Monday.
Stephen Thornton, principal broker for Andrew Mitchell & Co. will join ERA Key with a portion of his 22 realtors, although the exact number making the transition was not included as part of the announcement.
Founded in 2011, Andrew Mitchell is a virtual agency covering much of Eastern and Central Massachusetts
“Mergers work best when both parties recognize and strive for mutual goals that will benefit everyone involved,” said ERA Key President and COO Cheryl Eidinger-Taylor, in a statement. “This is very much a mutually beneficial partnership. Andrew Mitchell is known for attracting experienced, successful agents, and the merger expands our market reach.”
