Fallon Clinic has appointed three new members to its board of trustees: Robert V. Antonucci, president of Fitchburg State College, Diane L. Leclair, senior VP of accounting firm Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull and Bitsoli PC, and Susan M. Mailman, owner and president of Coghlin Electrical Contractors Inc. & Coghlin Network Services Inc.
Antonucci, the former Massachusetts state commissioner of education, has held a variety of leadership positions in educational institutions and related companies. He has bachelor's and master's degrees from Fitchburg State College and a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Boston University.
Leclair has worked in tax, accounting and business services for more than 30 years, with significant experience working for health care institutions. She is a member of the board of directors and the finance committee for VNA Care Network Foundation Inc. and previously served as treasurer of the Barton Center for Diabetes Education Inc. She has a bachelor's degree from Bentley College and a master's from Babson College.
Mailman has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical, telecommunications and networking fields. She is the local chapter president for the National Electrical Contractors Association, vice president of the YWCA and a member of the board of directors at the United Way of Central Massachusetts. She has an MBA from Northeastern University.
