Grading Teachers
Two Worcester schools, Union Hill and Chandler Elementary Community, are likely to be among the first to try a new teacher evaluation system that places significant weight on students' improvement on standardized tests. While some people argue this method increases accountability, others say it doesn't appropriately measure the job teachers are doing.
