Hudson Building Sold For $1.125M

A Hudson industrial building has sold for $1.125 million, according to a broker involved in the deal.
The 22,500-square-foot property, located at 17 Brent Dr. in Hudson, was owned by Road Hole Realty LLC. Thomas R. Leuner is listed as a manager of Road Hole Realty, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of the State's online database.
The buyer of the property is Blank Industrial Realty LLC. Andrew D. Blank is listed as a manager for that LLC. The new owner is expected to use the building to operate a landscaping and snowplowing business.
Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, while Jake Parsons of Parsons Commercial Group represented the buyer.
