Life Sciences Center Seeks Students

The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center is looking to place 150 students and recent college graduates in internships at life science companies around the state this summer.
The center could reimburse companies that have fewer than 100 employees up to $15 per hour for a 12-week internship per student.
Last year the program saw more than 500 student applicants. 104 students were placed in internships at 59 life science companies and research institutions. About 20 of the students moved on to work for the companies on a full-time or part-time basis.
