Senate Construction Corp. of Shirley has made changes to its management structure, making Robert France chairman of the board and CEO, William Hamel president and COO and Brian Trickett safety director.
France is the company founder and previously served as president. With the leadership shift, he will now focus on developing new clients and maintaining relations with current ones.
Hamel has risen up the career ladder at Senate, from site superintendent to project manager and safety director. In his new position, he will handle company operations, including managing the staff. He will report to France.
Trickett has worked for Senate since 2007. With a promotion from project manager to safety director he will take responsibility for working on safety issues, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and project superintendents.
Altogether Trickett has worked in construction for more than 30 years, including time at Delphi Construction of Waltham and R.L. Jeannotte Inc. of Shirley.
