Marlborough multifamily homes sell for $1.7M

Three multifamily buildings in Marlborough have sold at a price valuing each unit at about $113,000 each.
Three multifamily buildings on the western edge of downtown Marlborough have sold for a combined $1.7 million.
The buildings at 61 and 65 Broad St. include 15 residential units. The sale prices for each unit is about $113,000.
Both properties were bought by Marc Resnick and Big Corner Realty Trust. The sellers were Andrea Bibi and Andrew Realty Trust of Malden. The sales closed Dec. 5.
The two sites were last assessed by the City of Marlborough at a combined nearly $1.1 million.
