Milton firm buys Framingham retail building

A Milton-based company that sells components, tools, and replacement parts to the construction industry has purchased the former home of Framingham Motor Parts for $650,000, according to MetroWest CRE, which handled the deal for the buyer.

The 18,000-square-foot building, located at 113 Irving St., was designed and built by the owner of Framingham Motor Parts in 1972 and features five loading docks, two conveyor belts and a large retail storefront, MetroWest CRE said.

According to the broker, auto parts retailer Napa will anchor the building, moving to the location from its current storefront on Route 9 in Natick.

Additional space in the building will be available for lease following renovations, said MetroWest CRE.
