Long-time real estate professional JOHN MILLER has joined Keller Williams Realty in Westborough. Miller has 17 years of experience as a real estate agent, speaker, sales trainer and manager. He is a former board director of Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network and holds frequent educational seminars.
Conservation Services Group, the Westborough-based energy services firm, has named VANESSA A. RICHTER as Arizona program director. In her new position, Richter will help expand the company’s services in the Southwest. She is responsible for account management, operations and logistics of existing energy efficiency programs, as well as developing new business.
Blue Hive Strategic Exhibits and Events of Worcester has added GARY FREDRIKSEN to its sales team. Fredriksen has 20 years of experience in the trade show industry. He has a bachelor’s of fine arts from Wayne State University in Detroit, where he focused on sculpture and 3D design, and a master’s of fine arts in sculpture from Hunter College in New York.
Princeton Scapes Inc. of Sterling has promoted HEATH MAKELA at maintenance account manager. Makela has been a maintenance crew leader with the landscaping company for five years. In his new position, he will supervise maintenance crews. He will also act as a liaison to the company’s clients.
The Worcester Community Action Council Inc. has appointed five new members to its board of directors: YUNG PHAN, Worcester Department of Public Health; DALE ALLEN, vice president of community engagement at Quinsigamond Community College; SUSAN LIDONDE, community member; PAULA BUONOMO, staff member for the office of Rep. James P. McGovern; and TODD COSTA, vice president and compliance offer at Bay State Savings Bank.
The VNA and Hospice of Greater Milford has hired DAVID LEVESQUE as hospice manager. Levesque will help design the hospice program and set its procedures and staffing structure. The program is scheduled to start accepting referrals later this spring. Levesque is a registered nurse with an associate’s degree from Bristol Community College and a bachelor’s of science in nursing from the University of Massachusetts at North Dartmouth. He has worked with several hospices and helped with the creation and licensing of two of them.
UniBank of Whitinsville has hired DEBORAH L. LARSEN as senior vice president of commercial banking.
Larsen previously served as senior vice president for Bank of America’s Central Massachusetts middle market division. She has 25 years of commercial banking experience, including time at Bank of America predecessors First National Bank of Boston, BankBoston and FleetBoston Financial.
The Bellingham-based Dunkin’ Donuts Independent Franchise Owners Inc. has appointed AMY GORRIGAN LEVINE as its new membership director. In her new position, Levine will develop and expand the group’s associate membership program, which offers benefits to vendors that work with franchise owners.
Worcester insurance broker Insurance Marketing Agencies Inc. has hired MARK BROWN as vice president of sales and promoted DAWN LINEBERRY and BEVERLY BARRETT to new positions in the commercial lines division.
TRACY A.L. INGLE of Ingle Law in Southborough has been elected as vice president of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) for a second consecutive year. Ingle has been a member of Mass. NAELA since 1999. She is also a member of the chapter’s ethics committee this year. Ingle has been practicing law since 1995. She opened Ingle Law in 2002. She has a law degree from the Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a bachelor’s in humanities and science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Enservio Inc., a Natick-based company that provides software and services for claims adjusters, has hired JAY GUDEN as senior vice president of operations. Guden comes to Enservio from Innovation First Notice, where he spent 13 years. At that company he led the design of claim-handling applications and services. Earlier in his career, he worked for Mercer Management and Whirlpool Corp.
SUSAN M. OSMARS of Sturbridge has been named a human resource generalist by Training Resources of America Inc. in Worcester. Her background includes working at Old Sturbridge Village and human resources management at Brine Corp. in Milford. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New York at New Paltz.
